The Flora of the PCT: B2, Highway 79 (Warner Springs fire station), to Highway 79 (underpass second crossing): Plant Trail Order This version of the Checklist is in order of plants along the trail, from Highway 79 (Warner Springs fire station), to Highway 79 (underpass second crossing).
An entry in the ID? column indicates uncertain determinations; see abbreviation for the determination uncertainties.
The Mile column gives the distance in miles from the trailhead for the species that were GPS'd at their first occurrence on 10/20/15. If there is no entry, the species was found at its first location on 4/20/14, but its exact location was not recorded. If the entry is V, this species has been vouchered from the PCT in this area, but we have not yet seen it.
The #Pls column gives the minimum number of plants seen on 10/20/15, from memory three days later, up to a maximum of 99 plants. If the column is blank, the species was observed on the 4/20/14 survey, where no abundances were estimated.
An asterisk before the common name indicates a non-native species.
